Application Fee …..$350 Includes formal educational testing and informal testing by school staff.

Contract deadline to ensure a spot for the school year…..March 31, 2011
The number of slots for each class is set by the March 31st deadline, but admissions are rolling. Remaining slots, if there are any, are open to eligible students throughout the year. In the absence of open slots a waiting list will be started. A deposit is required to hold a slot on the waiting list.

Tuition for the Elementary/ Middle program ………..$14,000 for parents that commit by 1/31/2011. $3,500 off !!!
Grades 2nd – 8th ages 7-15 $15,500 for parents that commit by 3/31/2011. $2,000 off !!!
$17,500 after 3/31/2011 for any remaining available slots.

Tuition for Middle/High school remediation program……$13,000 for parents that commit by 1/31/2011. $3,500 off!!!
Ages 13-15 for the 2012-2013 school year $14,500 for parents that commit by 3/31/2011. $2,000 off!!!
$16,500 after 3/31/2011 for any remaining available slots.

For students eligible for SB10 funding, that funding will be deducted from the student’s total tuition. Due to changes in The GA Department of Education’s reimbursement policy, Alexsander Academy has had to change its policy regarding the amount of this funding we can immediately apply to student tuition. 75% of the student’s SB10 funding amount will be deducted from the tuition. Parents will be refunded the additional funds, minus any adjustments made by DOE due to budget cuts, when they come to sign the 4th quarter payment. When parents come to the school to sign the 4th quarter payment they can choose to get a refund or they can choose to apply that payment to their child’s account for the upcoming school year. Alexsander Academy will offer parents an incentive of $250 if parents choose to apply the payment to their account. Parents must still come to the school to sign the payment whichever option they choose.

The remaining tuition amount (if using SB10) or the full tuition amount will be divided by four to determine the payments that are due. Alexsander Academy does accept credit card payments. Please ad 3% to cover credit card fees. The 3% fee will be waived for full year payments. Alternate payment arrangements can be made on a case by case basis and once agreed to by staff and parents, will be included in your child’s contract for educational services. Alternate payment arrangements may be subject to additional fees.

First payment due ………………………………………March 31 or when contract is signed

Third Payment due………………………………………September 30
Fourth Payment due…………………………………… December 31
Contracts and first payment for next school year ……….March 31 - $2,000 discount offered to parents who commit by this date. Contracts along with the first payment must be in by this deadline to qualify.
